Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead a 7-week strip out/fitout project in the Hartlepool area.

The project involves the refurbishment/upgrade of an existing property, requiring the successful candidate to manage the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring high-quality finishes and safe working practices among subcontractors.

The scope of work includes internal reconfiguration/demolition and full internal fitout to final finishes.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Ability to work independently as a project lead in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality finishes.
  • Previous experience in delivering similar fitout projects, with a strong background in construction management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with clients.
  • Strong all-round construction knowledge, including site administration, programme management, and IT capabilities.
  • Valid certifications in SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS.
