Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Proven experience in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
