An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Nursing Associate to join the Southern Adult Community Healthcare Team.

We offer a preceptorship programme for newly qualified nursing associates, an extensive orientation programme, with the support of the advanced community practitioners and the practice development team.

Training and support will be given to achieve your competencies.

The role will be supporting the Community Nurses in a wide range of nursing activities. These include admission prevention, facilitating discharges from hospital and end of life care. It will involve amongst other tasks holistic patient assessment, medication administration, wound and pressure area care and catheter management.
