Position: Territory Sales Leader
Location: Covering Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,000 plus commission and bonuses

If you possess confidence, sociability, and ambition, this opportunity may be ideal for you. This field-based position primarily focuses on managing an existing customer portfolio while also exploring new business avenues through our established consultative selling approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities utilizing our effective sales framework.
- Generate leads and secure new clients within the assigned territory.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Assess client needs and propose customized solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Engage in networking events, trade exhibitions, and industry-related activities to boost the company's visibility.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm, embodying our commitment to excellence.
- Manage the current customer base while striving to expand the brand's presence within existing accounts.
- Complete daily administrative tasks, including updating customer records and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of sales experience
- Proficient in computer skills, familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
