Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Property Management Team at Humbercare Ltd, responsible for providing an efficient and effective maintenance service to the company's portfolio of properties in North East Lincolnshire.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all properties meet the required Housing Health Safety Rating System standards
  • Scheduling and repairing void properties to an agreed standard and making them available for re-letting within target times
  • Providing a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery
  • Acting as an ambassador for Humbercare Ltd
Requirements:

The successful candidate must have:

  • A suitable qualification in Building Maintenance or a minimum of two years relevant experience
  • Good working knowledge of Property Management Software, Microsoft Office, and applications
  • Good experience of building maintenance, Multi Trade DIY, including decorating
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of property management
  • Understanding of the importance of health and safety legislation
