About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team at The HICA Group. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out general inspections, repairs, and maintenance of building fittings and fixtures according to our maintenance schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties
  • Undertake redecorating of all areas of the home, including internal and external work
  • Deep clean kitchens and kitchen equipment, as well as serveries
  • Manage drainage systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Ensure the exterior of the home is maintained in line with health and safety regulations

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in general repairs, DIY, and maintenance. You should have a friendly personality and be able to work independently as part of a team.
