Commercial Paralegal / Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Paralegal to join the legal team of a high-growth, private equity-backed technology company. In this role, you will support the team in negotiating various commercial agreements. This role can be based in their offices, and they are looking for 1-2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advising, drafting, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, master service agreements (MSAs), and data processing agreements (DPAs).

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of contract negotiation experience, including IT/tech/SaaS agreements.
  2. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Excellent organisational, execution, and project management skills.
