Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in North London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging content and developing digital marketing strategies to enhance online engagement and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and create high-quality visual content for the website, email marketing, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and update website content, propose UX improvements, and ensure a fresh and user-friendly experience.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including post scheduling, analytics reporting, and creating a social media content library.
- Use Mailchimp to design, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns, keeping subscriber lists up to date.
- Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing systems like Mailchimp.
- Experience in managing website content and improving user experience (UX) design.
- A proactive attitude, always up-to-date with the latest design and digital marketing trends.
