About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff Member to join our team at Greene King. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
  • Prepare and present drinks to the highest standards, using your knowledge of our menu and ingredients to make recommendations and suggestions.
  • Assist with food service, ensuring that every guest receives their order promptly and to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and reporting any issues to management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
