About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of high-quality, integrated person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspiring and innovative leadership to support the implementation and development of high-quality integrated person-centered care.
  • Represent Sirona care & health CIC by working in partnership with other BNSSG providers, attending system-wide meetings, and deputizing for strategic leads as required.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective services provided by the Single Point of Access.
  • Review and revise professional and performance targets to improve service user outcomes.
  • Work with Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, system partners, and stakeholders to develop care pathways, promote integrated working, and maximize opportunities for patient discharge and admission avoidance.
  • Prepare information and reports, making presentations at various levels, including to the board, colleagues, professional groups, service users, and staff.
