About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Driver's Mate. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our beverages to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our drivers to transport our products to various pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Assist with loading and unloading, navigating maps, and managing paperwork, while prioritizing safety and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Operate from one of our regional depots, utilizing excellent road access and onsite parking facilities.
  • Interact with customers to review delivery orders, address concerns, and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a willingness to acquire new skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to handle heavy lifting, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team.
