About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 Logistics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing incoming support requests and developments, working closely with internal and external teams to ensure issues and requests are dealt with in a timely manner and align with business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, resolve and document ticket issues from user to closure
  • Travel across our Ramsay Health Care UK hospitals to support process reviews and user training
  • Continuously review and develop high-quality training materials for remote and in-person training
  • Represent the SAP S4 team in stakeholder engagement groups for the logistics area
  • Support users with UAT testing, documenting of issues and working with support partners to resolve

Requirements:

  • SAP S4 Hana experience
  • SAP S4 Certification in Logistics
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, with a passion for supporting and guiding other team members
  • Understanding of MM interactions with FICO
