The Role

We are seeking a Manager or Assistant Manager to join our Tax team, who will assist the senior management team in providing tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients. The successful candidate will provide peace of mind to our clients and offer solutions through their skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overseeing and management of a portfolio of clients
  • Financial management of client portfolios, including budgeting and cost monitoring
  • Liaise with HMRC, Tax Council, and other professional staff as appropriate
  • Provide support to colleagues on technical issues and deliver high-quality work
  • Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and client relationship documentation
  • Establish new contacts and opportunities, and service existing clients to secure chargeable work
Requirements
  • CTA or ACA qualified or equivalent
  • Previous experience within tax compliance
  • Ability to deliver exceptional client service
  • Strong corporate tax technical skills
