Schemes Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the performance of our Schemes across the South region, maximising their potential and driving growth. As a key member of our team, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders to create mutually successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Account Management for key Schemes, delivering regional and UK strategies, and achieving growth targets.
- Engage with brokers to understand market opportunities and challenges, identifying new opportunities to accelerate Scheme growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build market-leading Scheme propositions, improving profitability and customer experience.
- Deliver growth targets on existing and new schemes, identifying new opportunities through broker profiling and prospecting.
- Work closely with Underwriting and Operations to review scheme performance, identify opportunities to grow, and improve the proposition.
- Proven Account Management experience working for an insurer.
- Schemes or delegated authority experience would be beneficial.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of relationship management and customer focus.
- Ability to adapt your style to suit multiple levels of engagement, from junior account handlers to Managing Directors.
- Strong negotiating skills and ability to empathise and influence.
- Structured and organised to manage portfolio priorities.
