Responsibilities:
Maintain our grounds to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and visually appealing. Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, planting and nurturing a variety of flora to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces. Care for equipment and structures such as fencing, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order. Clear snow and ice in the winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff. Use garden treatment chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all. Adapt your work schedule to accommodate the needs of our residents, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being of our residents.About You:
