This position calls for an individual with a profound understanding of competition regulations and the implications of non-compliance. Key areas of focus include risk assessment, anti-corruption measures, and data protection compliance. The organization is in the process of rolling out a new risk management framework and seeks a proactive individual with innovative ideas. Legislative and regulatory experience is essential.
The selected candidate will be responsible for fostering a robust culture of compliance and risk management throughout the organization. This role will provide operational project support specifically to the special projects team, ensuring adherence to competition regulations while collaborating with compliance teams to promote appropriate information sharing practices.
Additionally, this position will assist the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Counsel in enhancing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks and will lead significant initiatives, including the development of new training programs, policies, and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in Compliance Management, with the capability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial insight to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies through innovative team management.
- Background in telecommunications, site deployment, or related project oversight.
- Familiarity with contract analysis and interpretation.
- Strong understanding of project management principles is crucial.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Adaptable to change with a positive outlook on continuous improvement.
- Enjoys challenges and a diverse workload in a stimulating work environment.
- Proficient in technology with strong skills in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook, along with the ability to utilize various platform solutions.
