About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team as a Senior Practitioner Psychologist within the East Sussex Rehabilitation Pathway service. This is a leadership role that requires a passion for working with people who have chronic and enduring psychosis, and a commitment to promoting a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group evidence-based interventions for people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
  • Lead on team formulation and contribute to the senior leadership team.
  • Offer supervision to psychological therapists within the service.
  • Work closely with the MDT to ensure a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture is promoted and embedded with collaborative service user engagement.
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level training in applied psychology.
  • Professionally registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Professions Council (HPC).
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across the full range of care settings.
  • Doctoral level knowledge of research methodology, research design, and complex, multivariate data analysis.
