Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales order process efficiently
  • Prepare and process quotes for clients
  • Handle invoicing tasks
  • Respond to technical inquiries
  • Offer technical guidance to customers
  • Field telephone inquiries
  • Manage email communications
  • Reach out to clients for additional information or to resolve queries
  • Stay informed about new products and features

Qualifications:

  • Background in Electrical Engineering, with ONC/HNC qualifications preferred
  • Familiarity with Sage 50cloud Accounts Software is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to excellence
  • Capable of meeting tight deadlines
