Project Manager

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Partnerships and Communities Team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be based in our head office in Widnes, with the option to work from home or a blend of both.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring effective planning, management, and delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong project management methodologies, ensuring projects deliver the desired impact within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Liaise with the wider organisation and Group Projects teams to ensure organisational business plans align with the charity's overarching strategy.
- Collaborate with Business Partners, Operational, and Support Services colleagues to ensure the right action and support are delivered at the right time.
- Manage budgets and indirect budget responsibility through the management of projects and delivery within cost parameters.
- Degree qualification or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Project and CRM.
- Experience of significant project challenges and evidence of lessons learned.
- Understanding of Change Management processes.
