  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, contribute to the development of care plans, and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • Supervision and Support: Attend regular supervision sessions to ensure you are equipped to perform your role effectively and receive support and guidance as needed.
  • Travel and Visits: Travel to meet with children and young people, their families, and other professionals as required, to ensure that their needs are being met and their voices are heard.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration: Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience: Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
