Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to oversee the successful delivery of a complex civil works project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the workforce, labour, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workforce, labour, and subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with their check sheets.
- Coordinate with site operatives and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure a Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) and a Permit to Work system are in place before work commences.
Requirements:
- CSCS Card
- Driving Licence
- SMSTS / SSSTS
