As a Flight Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and issuing systems engineering data to meet project requirements, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule adherence
  • Collaborating with other engineering and project areas to develop comprehensive solutions
  • Performing tasks depending on the project lifecycle phase, including requirements development, system design, integration, qualification, and testing
  • Creating specifications, reports, and proposals
  • Implementing best practice systems lifecycle processes for new systems development
  • Supporting delivered systems and resolving any issues with customers
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant STEM subject (e.g., Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Physics/Maths/Science)
  • Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle and experience applying systems engineering practices
  • Demonstrated experience in Mechanical, Propulsion, Electrical, Avionics, or Fluid Systems Engineering, preferably within aerospace
  • Ability to research system design data and solve complex problems
