Audit and Accounts Senior Position in Top 15 Firm

We are working with a leading accountancy practice based in London who are seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join their growing and sociable team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting audit and accounts preparation jobs with a mixed client base.
- Completing jobs to a high standard before passing to the Manager for review.
- Allocating sections to junior staff and briefing them on their responsibilities.
- Ensuring audits are completed in accordance with procedures, with assistance from more senior members of staff where required.
- Checking and supervising the work of junior staff, both on-site and in the office, and completing any necessary sections.
- Signing off audit sections, addressing any problems or queries, and completing the file before passing it on to the Partner/Director/Senior Manager/Manager for review.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with necessary regulations.
- Answering queries from junior staff throughout the audit.
- Monitoring the progress of jobs, ensuring budgets are met, and addressing any problems encountered to ensure the audit is completed within budget and timeframe.
- ACA/ACCA qualification or finalist status.
- Relevant practice experience.
A great hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from home two days a week.
