We are seeking an entry-level IFA Administrator to join our team in North Somerset. As an IFA Administrator, you will provide quality support to our team of Chartered Financial Planners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client records and input data onto the customer back office system
  • Prepare application forms and paperwork required for the advice process
  • Process and manage new business and servicing cases through to completion
  • Chase progress of applications and inform Financial Advisers of any issues
  • Process servicing changes to clients' investments
  • Prepare client portfolio valuations and review documents
Requirements
  • Experience as an Administrator in a role with multiple cases to manage
  • Passion for providing high-quality client service
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE grades A – C or 4 – 9)
  • Competence using Microsoft Office products and industry software
Company Overview

Our client has been established for over 40 years, providing Wealth Management, Financial Planning, and DFM services to c600 clients. They have £400m FuM and plans to continue growing.

Benefits
  • Salary of £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
  • Company benefits including group life cover, group income protection, private medical insurance, health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, and workplace pension with employer contribution
  • Office-based role with typical working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
