We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fleet Services Controller to join our team at Dawsongroup. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and Scheduling: Ensure compliance for servicing, MOT, and Tailifts by coordinating with our maintenance team and external service providers.
  • Inspections: Conduct thorough check-in and check-out inspections of the hire fleet to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Damage Control: Obtain re-charge authorization from customers for any damage to our vehicles.
  • Rental Agreements and Invoicing: Ensure rental agreements are completed correctly and assist with invoicing customers in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Confident Communicator: Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills are essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • PC Literate: Ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks on the computer and utilize our systems efficiently.
