About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team at Caridon Group. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: BSc in Accounting and Finance or equivalent, AAT/AIA qualified.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience as an Assistant Accountant.
  • Skills: Intermediate level Excel ability, Xero experience, and strong organizational skills.
