Aquatic Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our swimming pool operations as part of our Activities and Leisure Team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Swimming Pool Shift Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding and mentoring the team during shifts to ensure all responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Addressing any issues by liaising with the Activities & Pool Team Manager as necessary.
  • Onboarding and supporting new employees through their initial training period.
  • Engaging in hands-on pool duties while warmly welcoming our guests.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and safe swimming pool environment.
  • Prioritizing health and safety at all times.
  • Performing the same daily tasks as team members while stepping up as a Shift Leader in the absence of the Activities & Pool Team Manager.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates may have experience as a Team Leader, Shift Leader, or Supervisor in a leisure or fitness environment. We welcome applications from Senior Lifeguards looking to advance their careers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Swimming Pool Technical Operator Qualification (SPTO)
  • National Pool Lifeguard Training Assessor (NPLQ TA)
