- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital trading strategy to achieve sales targets, enhance profitability, and drive growth across our eCommerce platforms.
- Oversee the online product range, ensuring the right products are featured and promoted to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the buying and merchandising teams to manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and inventory levels, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics, using data-driven insights to inform trading decisions and improve customer journeys.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, and seasonal events, to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, site analytics, and trading activity for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and eCommerce platforms, including Shopify and Magento.
- Proven experience in a digital trading or eCommerce management role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
