Job Title: Education and Training Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Specialist to join our team at Imperial Recruitment Group. As an Education and Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to learners in the Tees Valley area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of learners and employers
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, local employers, and agencies to recruit learners
  • Ensure that employers have a full understanding of the requirements for learners to complete off-the-job training
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of learner progress and training delivery

Requirements:

  • English and Maths GCSE grade C or above, or equivalent
  • Teaching qualification
  • Experience of working in a commercial setting
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving performance targets
  • Knowledge of monitoring subcontracted provision (desirable)
  • Use of a car and current driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and locations as required
