Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading successful on-site installation, servicing, and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Ensure Quality - Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that all equipment and systems are installed and functioning correctly.
  • Install and Repair Work Orders - Lead the installation and repair of complex equipment and systems, following detailed work instructions and making improvements to training guides and documentation as needed.
  • Provide Customer Support - Train customers on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment, and provide technical presentations at industry conferences.
  • Mentor and Train Junior Field Service Representatives - Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education - High School Diploma or equivalent, with some experience in the field.
  • Experience - Previous industry experience, technical/installation experience, and customer service experience are highly valued.
  • Skills - Good written and oral communication skills, ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes, and good presentation skills.
