Project Manager - Energy Efficiency

At Inspired PLC, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you'll be responsible for delivering energy and HVAC optimisation projects for our clients across various sectors.

With a strong background in building management systems and a proven track record of delivering energy efficiency improvements, you'll be an integral part of our team's success. Your expertise will enable us to provide our clients with professional, efficient, and quality experiences.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, willing to travel to client sites, and has excellent project delivery skills. If you're passionate about making a positive impact on the climate emergency, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver energy and HVAC optimisation projects for clients across various sectors
  • Support Installs teams to provide professional, efficient, and quality experiences to clients
  • Travel to client sites to apply your BMS knowledge and project delivery skills
  • Work closely with the Technical Compliance Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
  • In-depth knowledge of building management systems (Trend, Tridium, and RDM)
  • Sound understanding and applications knowledge of HVAC, AC Control Systems, Lighting controls, and BEMS
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or delivering energy efficiency improvements
  • Trade qualified in Electrical or Mechanical (HNC preferable or trade industry background with a recognized qualification)
