Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Adult Psychiatrist to join our community mental health team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health care to patients and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work within a community mental health team to provide high-quality patient care.
  2. Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop care plans.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in adult psychiatry with a focus on community mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of mental health laws and regulations.
