Management Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Rebus Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in month-end reporting and a strong understanding of financial analysis and planning. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Managing budgets and forecasts, including preparing and reviewing financial models and forecasts

  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, including preparing and reviewing financial reports and dashboards

  • Providing financial information and analysis to support business decision-making, including preparing and reviewing financial models and forecasts

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

  • Providing financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and planning, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
