Assistant Property Accounts Person

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Accounts Person. This is a full-time on-site role based in Acton, where you will be responsible for daily operations, including receiving rent, invoices, and landlord payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage rent, invoices, and landlord payments using our CRM and commercial banking systems
  • Chase non-payment of rent and landlord invoices in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to their queries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Experience with credit control or basic accounting procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Trustworthy and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
