About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our HR Operations Team as an HR and Operations Coordinator. This is a busy and varied role that requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Operations Team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with the delivery of HR operational processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of good practice throughout the employment life cycle and apply it to ensure HR processes are carried out effectively and with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to staff and students, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional manner.
  • Experience of working in an HR environment, with a strong understanding of employment law and good practice.
