As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and rolling out training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating outcomes to ensure the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail staff
  • Collaborate with training managers and business leaders to identify competency gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Design and deliver training sessions to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies and directions
  • Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of our training programs
  • Collect and analyze training KPIs to inform future training initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in training and development, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality
  • Strong analysis, program development, facilitation, and training delivery skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English, with Italian a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
