About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal: Inclusion to join our school family. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our inclusion and behaviour initiatives, ensuring that all students have access to a high-quality education and are supported to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our inclusion and behaviour strategies, working closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure that all students are supported and challenged.
  • Line manage our inclusion officers team, including the behaviour lead and dedicated teaching assistants, to ensure that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality inclusion and behaviour interventions.
  • Work closely with our SENCO to develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs, ensuring that they have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our teaching staff to develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported to reach their full potential.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our school's behaviour policy, ensuring that it is fair, consistent, and effective in promoting positive behaviour and reducing exclusions.
