HR Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Administrator to support our client's expanding business. As part of a dynamic team, you will work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, able to adapt to changing HR processes and systems, and ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks. You will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, supporting new hires, and handling workplace conflicts and grievances.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and selecting and hiring candidates.
- Support new hires by providing necessary information, resources, and training to integrate smoothly into the team.
- Handle workplace conflicts, grievances, and concerns, promoting a positive work environment and aiding in dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Prepare legal documents and reports as required.
