An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute HR Advisor now looking for their next step as an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a newly created role providing operational HR advice and support to managers across the business.Working as part of the People function, your role will also be responsible for:
  • Nurturing a positive performance management culture across the business including promoting organisational development activities
  • Supporting and coaching managers on all areas of the employee lifecycle
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures ensuring the business remains compliant, HR policies, employment law and current HR best practice
  • Working closely with the Head of People to support change management programmes 
About you?Applicants will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with a proven track record in operating as a generalist within a fast paced changing environment. You will have depth in your experience and be a future focused person who enjoys approaching situations with solutions and who is able to challenge appropriately and debate ideas to find the best way forward. Naturally you will have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law as well as policy development and best practice.
