Job Description

As a Construction Associate, you will be responsible for managing and executing legal documentation and contracts for various construction projects. Your expertise will be sought in providing advice on non-contentious construction matters, conducting due diligence checks, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure legal requirements are met.

You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential legal risks, assisting with dispute resolution and negotiation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in construction law and regulations.
