Job Role – Business Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating the daily activities of our Sales Executives, focusing on enquiry management, sales deals, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily activities of Sales Executives, ensuring effective enquiry management and sales deal progression.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA regulations.
  • Deputise for the Sales Manager as required, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans, working closely with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role within a main dealer environment.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
