**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to engage and support independent sales staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, promotions, content, and independent sales success teams, to align communication strategies and achieve key objectives.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of reactive communications to independent sales staff, leveraging multiple platforms and digital applications.

**Requirements:**
