As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the development of our community services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective delivery of patient care, teaching, and research within the division, and implement Trust policies, procedures, and standards as agreed by the Trust and Executive Boards.
  • Corporate and Clinical Governance: Integrate operational management with the clinical governance agenda, participate in Clinical Governance committees, and ensure divisional compliance with national requirements, including Care Quality Commission Registration.
  • Leadership and Development: Work with the Divisional Director of Operations and Divisional Director of Nursing and Therapy to manage complaints and incidents, and develop a focus on population health, highlighting inequity and promoting equality.
  • Representation and Collaboration: Represent the Trust at external strategic meetings, and work with senior divisional teams to develop and implement service developments around out-of-hospital care, the NW London Integrated Care System priorities, and ONW Integrated Care Partnerships.
