About the Role

Cynergy Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Office Analyst to join our team. As a Programme Management Office Analyst, you will play a critical role in overseeing all technology change projects within the bank, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing project data, producing reporting, documenting PMO processes, maintaining portfolio logs and trackers, and supporting project initiation and closure activities. You will also be responsible for managing purchase order processes for project invoicing and providing portfolio-level reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project/programme contractor Statements of Work (SOW) and creation of Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Manage PO process for project invoicing
  • Provide portfolio-level reporting through collation, quality assurance, and analysis of project plans, status reports, and RAID logs
  • Management of Delivery Trackers and input/support to key meetings
  • Support portfolio-level reporting to senior management
  • Support maintenance of portfolio Change Request log, RAID log, plan on a page, and resource management and other trackers, including analysis and quality assurance
  • Maintain portfolio-level Decision Trackers and Action Logs, including analysis and quality assurance
  • Support project closure, ensuring that a closing change request is submitted to the Transformation Committee for approval in a timely manner
  • Support project initiation, tracking mobilisation progress, and ensuring that investment requests are completed and submitted by project managers at the appropriate time
  • Maintain the project data log to capture all data relating to project performance and provide monthly trend analysis
Requirements
  • Graduate with a degree in business or other relevant subject
  • Previous work experience in Financial Services is highly desirable
  • Organisational skills - attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential
