Job Title: HCA Support Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced HCA Support Worker to join our team in Llanelli. As a HCA Support Worker, you will be working with individuals with life-limiting disorders and supporting them with daily tasks and activities.

About the Role:
  • Assist individuals with daily tasks and activities, including personal care and medication management.
  • Support residents with trips out in the community, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience of working in a social care setting in the UK.
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature.
  • Driver with own vehicle desirable.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
