Job Summary:

The Work Shop is seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers on technical GPS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GPS products and technologies, providing accurate and informative responses to customer queries.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on customer issues and resolutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GPS products and technologies, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Education: Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
