The Role:

  • Meet with clients to assess their individual circumstances and provide expert mortgage advice
  • Seek out the best financial and mortgage solutions for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible deal
  • Sell associated insurance products from Legal & General to provide comprehensive protection for our clients
  • Meet and exceed targets, driving business growth and success
  • Work closely with the residential estate agency team to maximize business opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide coaching and support to colleagues to maintain a high referral rate and drive team success
  • Proactively contact existing client bases to identify new business opportunities
  • Liaise with lenders to confirm product conditions are relevant for our customers
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant, correct, and properly witnessed and signed in line with FCA guidelines

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be driven and motivated by success, results, and reward
  • Hold CEMAP 1 (minimum) qualification or equivalent, or Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
  • Have at least 1 year of mortgage advisory experience
  • Exhibit a great work ethic, staying focused on delivering exceptional results
  • Be smart, articulate, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Value customer relationships and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Hold a full driving license
