About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agency Professional to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist in the successful presentation and negotiation of offers, and help to progress and manage sales.
  • Prospect for new properties to sell, arrange viewings, and book appointments for additional services such as mortgages and conveyancing.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local property market, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in estate agency or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
