Our client, a reputable logistics firm, is seeking to hire a full-time Forklift Driver for an ongoing temporary position.

This role offers the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after a designated period, generally ranging from 6 to 12 months. Candidates should be prepared to commence work immediately or within a short timeframe following the job offer.

Key Responsibilities of the Forklift Driver:

  • Efficiently loading vehicles.
  • Operating forklifts to move pallets.
  • Manually handling and wrapping pallets.
  • Keeping stock organized and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
  • Performing other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Requirements for the Forklift Driver:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Proficiency in operating Counterbalance or Reach Truck forklifts.
  • Possession of a valid UK or NON-UK forklift license.
  • Availability to start immediately or within one week.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage of £13.80.
