Role Overview:
We are in search of a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to oversee and refine our recruitment processes across the institution. The successful applicant will ensure that our hiring practices adhere to safer recruitment standards while effectively attracting top-tier candidates for diverse roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and deliver a streamlined service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to strategize and implement recruitment campaigns for various positions, including educational and operational roles.
- Crafting and disseminating engaging job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
- Conducting preliminary candidate evaluations, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Monitoring recruitment initiatives and providing insights on strategies to enhance application rates as needed.
- Offering guidance on interview techniques and supporting the interview process.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and documentation to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Improving the visibility of the institution's careers page and social media channels to attract potential talent.
- Engaging in job fairs and recruitment events to draw in early-career educators and candidates for operational roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The preferred candidate will hold a relevant HR or Recruitment qualification or possess equivalent experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of recruitment practices within educational environments and fundamental employment law. A minimum of two years of recruitment experience is essential, alongside exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and managers. Proficiency in IT, social media, and recruitment databases is critical, coupled with a proactive and adaptable work ethic. Strong multitasking abilities are necessary to manage a high volume of roles simultaneously.
